Aerobic

Aerobic exercise is exercise that requires breathing.

With exercise or aerobic work we refer to physical activity by its intensity mainly oxygen required for maintenance. If physical activity is very intense the body does not require oxygen for its realization as such work is called anaerobic. The anaerobic work is of very short duration for the samereason. Instead aerobic work is of unlimited duration. Life is an aerobic workout.
The gym or aerobic physical activity at intensities of 60% to 75% according to sport and EXPERIENCE are the most energy consumption needs, so it is ideal for people who have to play sports to control their weight. That the working range of intensity or heart rate allows one to keep for a long time very high caloricintake.
We can also say that aerobic work is the healthiest and therefore recommended for people looking to maintain their fitness and for the preparation of young athletes. Since aerobic work or we can work to a heart rate (heart rate) and respiratory rate (respiratory) that we can keep for a long time without reaching exhaustion. This improving your cardiovascular system.

Why lose weightbest aerobic exercise?

It is a very typical question, since logic and feelings lead many students think that the stronger run or swim consume more calories and lose more weight. In part they are right, the greater the intensity increased caloric intake. But the problem is time. A few students endure high intensities over twenty or thirty minutes, then have to go down the pace up having to goslow. But if we are at an average rate constant we exercise ourselves for more than one hour.
When playing sports at high intensities for a short time, consumed mainly glycogen metabolism and fat. And once the glycogen is depleted the student enters fatigue and cannot continue. If instead we make medium-intensity aerobics, thirty or forty minutes, we will have consumed all the glycogen and can evenendure another thirty or forty minutes during which the body consumes fat, which is the desired goal.

Process
While performing this type of exercise, the body uses a lot of oxygen as fuel, producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the main energy carrier for all cells.
Initially during aerobic exercise, which begins the moment you must replenish muscle oxygen within the first 2-3minutes of continuous exercise, glycogen is broken down to produce glucose however, when food is scarce, fat begins to decompose. The latter is a slow process, and is accompanied by a decrease in performance. The power shift to end depending on what causes fat marathon runners often called "break the wall".

Benefits of Aerobic Exercise

Because it uses fat as a fuel or source of energy, accompaniedby a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, the benefits are obvious:

* Improved cardiovascular function in both healthy people and individuals who have been victims of heart attacks, angina or have undergone heart surgery, angioplasty and even in patients with heart failure. It also stimulates the formation of new coronary vessels.

* Reduce body fat and subcutaneous fat removed inthe overweight and obese. To achieve a high intake of calories that are accumulated in fat tissue (adipose), exercise must be regular, prolonged and moderate intensity, using the highest possible muscle mass such as the legs, buttocks and lower back. It also reduces subcutaneous fat located between muscle, a person who wants to define, must necessarily practice (along with proper diet), so that themuscles look lean and healthy, not bulky and clumsy.

* Decreases in the medium term, blood pressure in hypertensive patients up to 7 mmHg systolic (or high) and 4 mmHg diastolic (or low), reducing the requirement of medications.

* Low levels of total blood cholesterol as well as LDL cholesterol or "bad" cholesterol and triglycerides and increases HDL or "good" cholesterol, reducing...
