Solid Colours
No matter whether a soft white or a vibrant red is selected, solid colours are always a
good choice when a uniform appearance without special effects is required. The gloss of
solid colours is between 30-40% according to Gardner scale.

Metallic Colours

The different appearance of colour and gloss under various light conditions and viewing
angles gives these surfaces a vivid impression and brings them alive. The gloss of metallic
colours is between 30-40% according to Gardner Scale.

Special Effect Colours
These eye-catching colours applied using the same coil coating process are the result of
continuous development ofnew paint systems and provide evidence of our know-how
and competency in the latest coating technology. Unless specified, the gloss of special
effect colours is between 70-80% according to Gardner Scale.

General Information
ALUCOBOND® and ALUCORE® are now available in 30 standard colours. Custom colours
are available on request. The fluorocarbon (i.e. PVDF) coating is applied to the aluminiumcoil prior to lamination into a composite panel, using a continuous coil coating process
which is based on the latest technology. The multiple layers are individually stoved at
temperatures of between 200-260°C. The quality of the coating is tested according to
standards established by E.C.C.A. (European Coil Coating Association) of which 3A
Composites GmbH is a member. Fluorocarbon (i.e.PVDF) coating systems combine good
formability and excellent surface durability. They are extremely resistant against weathering, strong solar radiation and pollution attack. The colour reproduction in this chart is
subject to printing limitations. For exact colour matching, request for actual colour samples.
Due to different production processes being applied for ALUCOBOND®, ALUCOBOND® A2,ALUCOBOND® Plus and ALUCORE®, slight colour variations may occur between different
products. If colour consistency is required do not mix different products.

Unifarben
Egal ob Sie sich nun für ein zartes Weiß oder ein kräftiges Rot entscheiden, Unifarben
sind stets eine gute Wahl, wenn ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild ohne Spezialeffekte
gewünscht wird. Sämtliche Unifarben verfügen über einenGlanzgrad zwischen 30-40%
nach der Gardner Skala.

Metallische Farben
Wechselnde Lichtbedingungen und Perspektiven verleihen diesen leuchtenden Farben
eine glanzvolle, “lebendige” Anmutung. Auch der Glanzgrad der Metallischen Farben
liegt zwischen 30-40% nach der Gardner Skala.

Effektfarben
Einen ganz besonderen Blickfang bieten Effektfarben, die ebenfalls im Coil-Coating-Verfahrenappliziert werden. Sie sind das Ergebnis der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung innovativer
Lacksysteme und legen zugleich Zeugnis ab für das Know-how und die Kompetenz, die
3A Composites im Feld moderner Lackier-Technologie erworben hat. Falls nicht näher spezifiziert, beträgt der Glanzgrad der Effektfarben zwischen 70-80% nach der Gardner Skala.

Allgemeine Information
Mit 30 Standardfarbenerschließen die bewährten Aluminiumverbunde ALUCOBOND® und
ALUCORE® jetzt ein Farbspektrum, das in den vielfältigen Anwendungsbereichen keine
Gestaltungswünsche mehr offen läßt. Natürlich sind auch individuelle Sonderfarben auf
Anfrage erhältlich. Auf der Basis modernster Coil-Coating-Technologie werden die
Aluminium-Deckbleche vor der eigentlichen Verbundfertigung in einem kontinuierlichenLackierprozeß mit einer Fluorpolymer-Lackierung (z.B. PVDF) versehen. Das Einbrennen
der einzelnen Lackschichten erfolgt bei Temperaturen zwischen 200-260°C. Die Qualität
dieser hochwertigen Lackierung wird gemäß den Prüfvorschriften der E.C.C.A. (European
Coil Coating Association) geprüft, bei der die 3A Composites GmbH Mitglied ist.
