Gimnasia Aerobica
Aerobic Gymnastics is understood as a physical activity that is performed to the beat of the music, with the presence of oxygen, which tends to benefit from better way, transport and oxygen uptake by the cell. Thus, the body becomes more work capacity, expressed in the suitability cardio respiratory, there is a greater chance of achieving a balance between the supply andconsumption of oxygen.
"" The technique aerobic movements corresponds to rectilinear path, which plays a very important balance of contraction and relaxation during the execution of the technique, performed to the beat of the music that bears the personal stamp of the professor who runs "."
ORIGIN OF AEROBIC GYMNASTICS:
It is fun, casual and easy to practice. The aerobics began to expand to severalcountries, and the discovery of playfulness (game) of this type of exercise and also the extraordinary effects on the body.
The origins of aerobics can be placed Jan. Year 1968 in USA where it was first published a book entitled "" aerobics "" by Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper, who was a doctor in the U.S. military.
The book presents Dr. Kenneth a training program he designed for members of the armedforces of his country
The program was to carry out efforts for a period of time, in order to increase performance and endurance of those who performed, thus reducing the risk of heart and respiratory diseases (such as heart attack, atherosclerosis, etc ...).
In 1969 Kenneth H. Cooper aerobics used as a training method for the wives of the U.S. military base in Puerto Rico.
In 1970 he published abook on the 2nd aerobic tailored to people over 35 entitled "" The New Aerobics "" and a 3rd book specially adapted for women titled "" Aerobics for women "". In the same year in New Jersey is the first study where I offered aerobic classes
resistance. Due to Dr. Kenneth program appeared in USA and then in other countries Jogging fashion, which is the most popular form of aerobic training practiceof resistance. Later merged music and elements, as different disciplines: Jogging, jazz, gymnastics, dance, etc.. And as a result appeared what is called aerobic dance (or aerobic).
Currently there are many sports that can be aerobic if performed over a relatively long period and a moderate intensity, besides requiring a significant amount of oxygen to perform them as eg cycling, rowing, jumpingrope, skating, etc. .
OBJECTIVE OF AEROBIC GYMNASTICS:
- Improve efficiency cardiorespiratory through systematic practice aerobics, helping to improve the quality of life of the person.
BENEFITS OF AEROBIC GYMNASTICS:
Physiological benefits:
• Regulates body weight, increase muscle tone and shapes the figure of the person.
• Significantly increases the elasticity of the muscles, improvingposture.
• Relieves muscle aches and back pain, strengthening the muscular ring at the lumbar spine.
• In the heart, increased cardiac output.
• Decreased heart rate (beats) at rest.
• Increased incorporation of oxygen at the cellular level.
• Improve the regulation of body temperature.
• Prevent osteoporosis.
Psychological Benefits:
• Improve the appearance and image, which will profitfrom self-confidence and sense of well being.
• Increase ability to cope with stress.
• Makes leisure time and work more productive.
• Improves relaxation, increases concentration and alertness.
• Improves sleep quality and lower the amount needed.

• Provides a sense of well-being through the "" endorphins "" (happiness hormone, secretedby the brain when we perform sports aerobics in this case).
• Improve relationships between family and friends.
• Promotes Socialization.
• Stimulates the thoughts and creative ideas.
CHARACTERISTICS OF AEROBIC GYMNASTICS
• class types:
There are two strategies for teaching work movements, these are as follows: Free and addition. This time the strategy will be used freely.
