School Essay

I strongly agree with the idea that school is very important since this is the place in which people launch themselves into the world. Regardless of the age, school always representsa big challenge but a big opportunity as well. Starting school allows people to find out their talents and develop skills at the same time they socialize with others.

The first contact we have withschool is in kindergarten, where we start finding out our talents. This is one of the most challenging moments in our lives. It is when a kind of independence process starts. Upon this time we haveto do every single assignment by ourselves because our parents cannot be there to help us.

In order to bring a well-rounded education, schools encourage students to participate in many diverseactivities in different fields like arts, sciences and sports. While participating in those activities we start realizing our talents and preferences, as well.

For sure, there will be some activitiesfor which we are really talented. Those come in a natural way to us, it is not necessary to do an extra effort to improve our skills. However, we will also find challenging activities, areas in whichwe are not that skilful. Those are an opportunity to develop skills. In order to accomplish our assignments, we should become widely open to learn what don’t come easily to us. We have to remember thatpractice and effort is all we need to get new skills.

Moreover, I should say that we will find activities in which we are not such very talented people, but we will enjoy enrolling those groups.When we are eager to learn, we cannot find such a big obstacle that we cannot overcome. So, I would say that school teach us also important values like perseverance.

Most of the times, we shareclass with people who is the same age than us. Therefore, we share similar experiences, interests and worries. This situation makes the socialization process possible. During school we will meet...
