LAS TIC Y EL DESARROLLO DEL APRENDIZAJE EN EDUCACIÓN INICIAL

RESUMEN
El artículo se propone describir, la aplicabilidad de las nuevas Tecnologías de
información y comunicación (TIC) además el desarrollo del aprendizaje en
educación inicial, tomando en cuenta el avance asombroso de la tecnología su
relación directa entre ésta y elsurgimiento de estrategias para la operacionalización
con niños y niñas, seres con gran potencial, en virtud, de la inexistencia de trabas
mentales ante el conocimiento. Con la entrada progresiva de las nuevas TIC se ha
logrado un cambio social, los cuales designan a la vez un conjunto de innovaciones
tecnológicas pero también las herramientas que permiten una redefinición radical
del funcionamientode la sociedad. La educación inicial se inserta en un enfoque de
educación y desarrollo humano como un continuo. En este sentido, la labor del
docente, es ofrecer conocimientos abiertos al análisis, la reflexión y al cambio, que
faciliten el aprendizaje y propiciar entornos más variados. A tal efecto, se realizó una
revisión bibliográfica exhaustiva, además, la formación profesional y laboral dela
autora. Por cuanto, concibe a la investigación como un proceso sistemático
orientado a la comprensión en profundidad de fenómenos, tendiente a la generación
de conocimientos, bien para transformar o simplemente aportes teóricos en pro del
mejoramiento de la educación. Por consiguiente es una investigación documental en
un estadio descriptivo. Finalmente, es importante el ejemplo de la niñez antelos
cambios y la inexistencia de fuerzas restrictivas y parámetros cognitivos
predeterminados que obstaculizan la aceptación de la tecnología en el hecho
educativo. La educación, debe adaptarse a cada individuo, pues, presenta diversas
habilidades, destrezas y capacidades cognoscitivas para aprender; la tarea del
mediador es saber reconocerlas y tratar de orientar sus estrategias y recursos. LasTIC son herramientas que facilitan el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de habilidades
cognitivas, cuando están bien orientadas por un mediador.

ABSTRACT
The article sets out to describe, the applicability of the new Technologies of
information and communication (TIC) in addition thedevelopment to the learning in
initial education, taking into account the amazing advance from the technology its
direct relation between this one and the sprouting from strategies for the operation
with children’s, beings with great potential, in virtue, of the nonexistence of mental
ties before the knowledge. With the progressive entrance of new the TIC a change of
articles of incorporation has beenobtained, which simultaneously designate to a set
of technological innovations but also the tools that allow a radical redefinition of the

operation of the society. The initial education is inserted in an approach of education
and human development like a continuous one. In this sense, the work of the
educational one is to offer opened knowledge to the analysis, the reflection and to
thechange, that facilitates the learning and to cause varied surroundings more. To
this end, an exhaustive bibliographical revision was made, In addition, the
professional and labor formation of the author. Inasmuch as, it conceives to the
investigation like an oriented systematic process to the understanding in depth of
phenomena, trendiest to the generation of knowledge, or to transform or simply Icontribute theoreticians for the improvement of the education. Therefore it is a
documentary investigation in a descriptive stage. Finally, the example of the
childhood is important before the changes and the nonexistence of restrictive forces
and predetermined cognitive parameters that prevent the acceptance of the
