What makes me a leader?

I think it a really complex question, because If I try to answer it I need to define who am I, and what I want in life.

I will start to mention qualities of a leader:Decisiveness: Good leaders make frequent decisions and stick with them. When there is uncertainty good leaders choose and take responsibility. It is the first step to succeed. When I have school teamprojects, my team usually chose me as the team leader because they know I don’t give up anytime. Sometimes when I'm really tired I would like someone else took care, and get rid of allresponsibility; but then I realize that my team trusts me, and I am the right one to do the work works no matter what.

Competence: leaders should provide resources for their group. The headman in prehistorictimes was often the best hunter in the group. Nowadays being competent often means having the knack of influencing others. Competence is an essential factor, if the team succeed and is better than othersis because of their leader. A leader always tries to make the differences, to include what other forgot. Always I try to apply everything I've learned, and try with the small points in order to makea huge difference to create an original and satisfying work that everybody will approve or accept.

Integrity: leaders you can trust increase followers' performance, satisfaction and commitment.Integrity breeds respect. Every time that I had to work with others, I try to infect them with my intention to work, to motivate them, to build that strong relationship in which I can trust them, andthey can trust in me, and thus achieve a better result than we had expected.

Vision: projecting a vision of the road ahead is vital, this gives people a common purpose and motivation to persevere.Without a vision, the followers are lost. Every time I try to make them understand where I want to get the team, and they will start to work on the ways to reach it.
