He was gorn on May 25 in Argentina, 1918. He was the sow of Jose Samuel Amaral and Florida manzarena.
He migrated in Paraguay lasf October 7, 1952. He lived in Incarnation, Island ofAregua, and San Lorenzo-Asuncion.
He studied in national College University of La Plata, National School of Teachers in 25 mayo.
Library School in the province of Buenos Aires, and University of(periodismo) in La Plata, he graowated bacheld of Arts in teaching preschool and tawght in rural.
He was a librarian and Paraguay teachers in Arts major in 1 literary and culture.
He graduated also as alibrarian in Argentina from 1934, as a national librarian, and also the organization of private libraries.
He was the general director of library files and museum of the nation with the rifle of Mr.Juan E.O´Leary.
He was the delegate of national library before the first commission of national Paraguay of UNIESCO.
He traveled in Mexico, Brazil, and he was en rifle as a reference of library.´´Juan Bautista Alberdi of Asuncion´´
His work as teachers was fruitful from 1953 up to the present.

Raúl Amaral (* Veinticinco de Mayo, provincia de BuenosAires, 1918 - 2006 fue un poeta y escritor argentino.
En Argentina, en La Plata forma parte de las Ediciones del Bosque, que consta con una colección de obras de otros conocidos autores provinciales,tales como María Dhialma Tiberti, Horacio Ponce de León, Ana Emilia Lahitte, y María de Villarino entre otros.
Llegó al Paraguay a principios de los años cincuenta exiliado por el peronismo einmediatamente se incorpora a la sociedad paraguaya como jefe de Museos, Bibliotecas y Archivos de la Nación; poco tiempo después fue agregado cultural de la Embajada de Argentina en Asunción.
