I Could Hear The Bells Tell

A CATASTROPHE
I could hear the bells tell. Bells celebrating that 200 years ago the famous writer, Charles Dickens, was born. That is why I decided to reread his books again.
When I was little, mymum read me something about Charles Dickens, some stories at the night, but it was long time since I read anything about him. I really liked his stories.
I knew some books about Dickens as aChristmas Carol or Oliver Twist, another more, but I knew a little for him.
I could perfectly remember the story of the Christmas Carol, because my mother read me many times:
The story is about a lord whois very rich, but he is very greedy and selfish. He never gave money to anyone nor their family members. One night three spirits appeared to him, one spirit of the past, other of the present and otherof the future. Then he realizes of their wickedness and becomes a generous and friendly person.
This was my favourite story, but now I proposed to read more books of Charles to learn more about him.The next day to the celebrating, I went to the library next to my home to buy some books about Dickens. I opened the door and I went in. The store clerk attended to me immediately. I asked him aboutthe books that he had about Charles Dickens. The employee, a bit deranged, said to me: “This night, someone has stolen all the books about Charles Dickens”. I asked very questions to him, but hedidn’t answered any questions about this topic.
I got out of the shop and I went to another library nearly to there. I entered to this other store, but the assistant told me the same as the first. Thesales told me that in the city there weren’t any books of Charles Dickens, because one man had bought or had stolen all the books and he had burnt a lot of these books because he hated this man and hedidn’t want that anyone read books of him. I left the shop very angry because I couldn’t read any books of Charles Dickens.
I returned to my home and I sat on the sofa to watch TV. In the news I saw...
