En un estudio ambiental, se hicieron análisis de diferentes componentes que contaminaban el medio ambiente
En un terreno hay 3 elementos que son el monóxido de carbono, óxido de nitrógeno yazufre: 
En el primer caso es en el suelo tenemos 5 componentes activos de azufre, 6 de monóxido de carbono y 2 de óxido de nitrógeno.
En el segundo es en el aire: 4 de azufre, 2 monóxido de carbono y 3 óxidode nitrógeno 
En el tercero en el agua 3 de azufre, 10 de monóxido de carbono y 1 óxido de nitrógeno

ESTE SERIA UNA MATRIZ DE 3X3 

OPERACIONES con nuestra matriz 

Sabiendo que en el primerterreno se analizó 26 mg
sabiendo , en el segundo terreno se analizó 25 mg
sabiendo , en el tercero terreno se analizó 21 mg

Traducimos: 

(5 .. 6 ... 2 )... (X)= (26) 
(4 .. 2 ... 3 )x (Y) = (25) (3.. 10 .. 1 )... (Z) = (21) 

El resultado es :
5X + 6Y + 2Z = 26 
4X + 2Y + 3Z = 25 
3X + 10Y+ Z = 21 

calculando el sistema resulta X=2 , Y = 1 .. Z =5 

O sea que el peso del azufre es finalmente 2kg, el del monóxido de carbono es1 kg y el óxido de nitrógeno 5 kg.
