BIOGRAFIA DE GORGE EASTMAN
George Eastman (Waterville, New York, July 12, 1854 - Rochester, New York, March 14, 1932) was the founder of the Eastman Kodak Company and invented the roll of film,which replaced the glass plate, thereby which achieved photography available to the masses. The film reel also is basic to the invention of cinema, because its use was in the creations of film pioneerslike Thomas Edison, the Lumière brothers and Georges Melees.
On September 4, 1888 Eastman registered the trademark Kodak and received a patent for his camera that used roll film. That same yearlaunched the Kodak 100 Vista, which used circular reels of 100 photos and promotional campaign for which coined the phrase "You push the button, we do the rest". The most important thing is that
Thiscamera was sold already loaded and ready for photos. Once used, they returned to the house that drew the reel, revealed the photos and returned by the camera again charged. The camera loaded cost $ 25(about $ 1600, 2015), and revealed the new reel spool and cost $ 10 (about $ 640 in 2015).
