Biography of Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias
Hugo Chavez Frias was born in Sabaneta, on July 28, 1954. Son of Hugo de los Reyes Chavez and Elena Frias de Chavez (both teachers). He has four children: RosaVirginia, María Gabriela, Hugo Rafael and Rosines.
The primary studies were conducted at the Julián Pino School Group Sabaneta. High school in the Lyceum Daniel Florencio O'Leary, graduating Bachelorof Science. The higher the place in the Military Academy of Venezuela, where he graduated with the rank of Ensign on July 5, 1975.
