1. Company Background

Funky Tea, unlike a typical tea place, will provide a unique product for Germany, thebubble tea. It is a sweet, tasty, yet healthy drink. Funky Tea is the combination of excellent products such as bubble tea and snacks, in a fun and entertaining atmosphere.
In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming more difficult to differentiate one coffee place from another. That is why Funky Tea is presenting a new concept introducing a product which has been successful all aroundthe world.
This plan is prepared to obtain financing for the initial launch of this concept. The financing is required to begin work on store and to cover expenses in the first year of business. The financing will allow Funky Tea to successfully open and maintain operations through year one. Our successful operation in year one will provide Funky Tea to be self sufficient in year two.
Throughoutthis business plan we will explain our core business strategy by the definition of the business, the type of customers, the definition and analysis of the market and the vision of our competitive advantage.

1.1 Mission

Funky Tea is a great place to socialize and enjoy exclusive products. It is comprised of a unique, upscale and innovative atmosphere. Our business is based in serviceinvolving particular products that are unique to the market. We want to renovate the tea experience offering wide varieties of the fashionable bubble tea, pleasing the necessity of distinctiveness.
Customer satisfaction is our principal. We want to be the tea place of choice for everyone. Employee welfare will be equally important to our success. We want our employees to feel as a part of the successof Funky Tea. Happy employees make happy customers. We will combine menu variety, atmosphere, ambiance, and friendly staff to create an exclusive place.

1.2 Objectives

Our main objective is to offer the unique Bubble Tea and create a habit to its consumption by creating a unique, upscale atmosphere that will differentiate Funky Tea from local teahouses.
Customer satisfaction is our aim byproviding them what they want and need. We want to create a desirable environment for employees to make it easier for them to take it as their own business(or, ‘to take ownership in this business’).
Concerning sales we attempt to generate enough sales the first year to cover investment costs and increase revenue by 20% in year two.

1.3 Company Structure

The best businesses are those that arerun by owner-operators, so we try to keep as close to that principle as we can. Even Funky Tea is setting up 10 locations; the owners and managers continuously supervise our shops. All services and goods are standardized throughout the different shops so that the term Funky Tea achieves the same meaning all around the country offering the same products.
