My Objetive:

Analyzing my initial data and comparing with the average values: I am abovethem, so I must work all the physical qualities (stamina, strength and flexibility) to maintain.

A session:
Knowing that a session takes about 45 minutes, I am going to distribute the time in thefollowing way:
Warm up (15-20min)
* Check your pulse rate:
-Joint Movements (something for your bones)

Move your neck-Walk, run and dynamic coordination (something to increase your temperature)
