The elements of acollaborative team meeting are an agenda, a tolerance for ambiguity, honest acceptance of different opinions, a committed focus on goals and objectives, a contribution from each member for team success, awillingness to confront issues and problems and adherence to team charter and guidelines. In today’s corporate America these elements must be available by each team member to have effective teamcollaboration. Each is more important than the other. The importance of an agenda this give the participants the ability to prepare appropriately, it helps focus on the task at hand limiting side barconversations.
Collaboration is not always as easy as people think; there are techniques and tools that need to take place in order for collaboration to be successful. When we define the problem,gather and analyze date, when we identity alternatives are all techniques to facilitate collaboration in a team environment.
We have arrived at a point in which the studies on Internet no longerrepresent necessarily newness.
