Subject: Fire Prevention Procedures
Recently, during a walk through the areas, Mr. Olsen and I observedseveral unsafe practices considered violations to our fire prevention procedures. For example, doors to stairways were left propped open. This practice may increase thepotential of a fire to spread to other floors in the event of an emergency. Also, at several locations within the office, we observed boxes blocking aisles that need to be left openfor quick exit in case of fire.
It is imperative that all employees carefully follow the fire prevention procedures. We appreciate your prompt attention and emphasis to thismatter.
Together we can make our workplace a safer area!
