Our main area of improvement is conversion rate week over week we tend to see that we have difficulties getting to 28% .

Action plan for week 34:

Annie lets start with a sales tale

A manwalks into a shop and says to the assistant "a packet of gum please", he pays 0.35 and leaves.
What did the shop assistant sell him? The answer is nothing! He was going to buy the gum anyway.Now let’s look at it in our side when a customer calls in and says I want make a reservation it’s easy. But what are we going to do with the calls that we need to work on
Prepare yourself to answerand ask pertinent questions. The basis of all your sales questions should reinforce the BENEFITS that they going to get if they make the reservation at that hotel that you are trying to sell.
So whatare we going to do:

• Stand up, don’t slouch in the chair
• Remember I’m talking to a person not a telephone
• Remember people are buying the benefits of what we do – not whatwe do
• Listen to what they say, even if you can solve their problem instantly, listen.
• Do these every time you answer the phone make it a habit!
