A quality technician must have the normal characteristics of any manager. Thus, it should be, first, a leader. Your ability to influence, motivate and leadpeople toward a certain direction must be clearly evident.
Within the context of Total Quality, it is the Manager / Coordinator of Quality design, develop, implement and evaluate the model of TotalQuality.
This is his first feature, highly technical, which develops the definition of general lines of action of the Total Quality program at the factory, the scheduling of implementationactivities, formulation of the control model for quality assessment the company, organizing the flow of information quality and, of course, evaluate the product on the market and, hence, obtain an analysis oftheir quality.
Total Quality refers to the coordination of efforts to produce quality. This is a function that involves many sectors and people and places, often on the border between thecross-sectoral integration process and the interference from one sector to another

Its tasks include:
