SCS Model
Chipset XXI has a very well defined set of attraction factors:
 Innovation
 Internationalization
 Commitment with the environment
That said, let's classify the costumers accordingto the SCS Model:
Metracar:
Metracar has a very low level of attraction. Its strategy does not fit Chipset XXI's attraction factor, as it has a very low interest in innovation, it seems it has alocal scope (as it was the first customer) and it works in the automotive industry, which is not famous for their environmentalism.

Very low level of attraction. No innovation, no internationalization and no commitment with the environment.
Relative strength factors are also low, as they have a sporadicrelation and Metalplus has even found other suppliers.
That puts Metalplus in the third quadrant, the Non-Key Accounts (NKA). Therefore, the investment on this account should be zero.
Toptechtrans:
Highlevel of attraction. Focused in innovation, fair internationalization (bridges to Asia and USA) and high commitment with the environment.
Relative strength factors are also high, as both companieshave discovered recently, and the need of Toptechtrans of collaboration.
