New technology for the production of energy
The conversion process developed by ARJOBAS is the key technology for the 21st century. How does it work? It consists of a combined catalytic thermolysiswith gasification of solid material using specific adjuvants for gasification. In the process complex organic molecules are decomposed into carbon monoxide and hydrogen forming the synthetic gas. Theintegrated multi-stage dust collector and washer, guarantee very clean gas quality without contaminants. This gas can be used for electroproduction by gas turbines, reformed to synthetic natural gasand upgraded into clean non polluting synthetic fuel. The hermetically sealed process of conversion helps to solve environmental problems. Several different kinds of this conversion process areavailable producing turbine gas for electroproduction or synthetic natural gas from biomass, various organic waste or coal of inferior quality. How does this process help in the short term? In the short termthe process can produce non pollutant fuel using these raw materials. Crude oil can be replaced and thus the dominance of mineral oil can be broken, with the way for the next stage of innovationbeing already prepared. Medium term? The medium term aim will concern the use of hydrogen: The conversion process produces carbon monoxide and hydrogen from organic material. At the moment and in theshort term we concentrate on carbon, using this material much more efficiently meaning less pollution than previously. A medium term energy source will be hydrogen, carbon will only be a carrier and thusjust passing through the plant. There are incredible possibilities within this technology, for example, hydrogen can be produced directly at the place of demand and does not have to be stored.
