Names.__________________________________________________________________________________________Civil Law: is synonymous with the Civil Law of Private Law. In strict sense civil law is at the core of private law that covers the rules concerning the status and capacity of individuals, family,heritage, obligations and contracts and the transfer of goods, regulating private relations individuals to one another. So the civil law is part of Objective Law, Positive and Substantive.
The RightObjective: The set of rules designed to regulate the behavior of individuals in society, while the Subjective law refers to the right, power or individual or subjective manor they hold and enforce certainright. However, this classification does not separate the subjective right of the target, as claimed by the prevailing doctrine, can not speak of an objective right and subjective right in isolation,although this does not mean that methodological purposes and to study legal disciplines not appropriate sometimes take the subject and sometimes the object of law, but only as a methodologicaldivision.
Positive law: is the work of state and a system of legal rules or the sum of these legal norms effectively informs and regulates the life of a people in a particular historical moment. Positivelaw can be established by legislative acts, which consist of written and promulgated laws, as well as by custom.
The substantive law: the law of substance, which consists of all the legal rules ofdifferent lineage that establishes the rights and obligations of persons.
Civil law covers then:
* Rules governing the organizational structure and power of action of private individuals, individual,collective, physical or moral, as well as the social organization of the family.
