1. Inspección del Trabajo
El objetivo de la inspección del trabajo es vigilar el cumplimiento de las normas de trabajo en materia de seguridade higiene, y de capacitación y adiestramiento; contenidas en la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en la Ley Federal del Trabajo, sus Reglamentos y Normas Oficiales Mexicanas, aplicables a las empresas de la industria(1). La inspección de trabajo es una de las instituciones fundamentales para hacer tangible el derecho del trabajo. Es un elemento clave para que las empresascrezcan, se desarrollen y sean productivas. Es el primer contacto de la autoridad frente a los factores de la producción, para poder hacer realidad la aplicación de la normatividad del derecho laboral(2).
