This position is responsible of carry out the administration of the functions of the company, gives support to the company’s mission, adheres to the policy of the company, contributes to the teamwork within the department and interdepartmental. Represents the companyin functions , as requested

 
 
(D) Specific functions of the post
 
1. Ensures compliance of all policies of the company, procedures and legal aspects.
         Updates and adapts policies and procedures, and compliance with the legislation in force.
         Review policy violations and takes appropriate measures to ensure compliance.
 
2. Develops and oversees theimplementation of all areas of human resources...
         Manages the personnel department, security, environment and business training.
 
3. Activities relating to the administration of personnel.
         Ensures that all authorized vacant posts are covered according to the required profiles.
         Ensures that all benefits granted by law are provided to employees.
         Ensure thefairness of the employees, according to all policies and procedures.
         Sets a channel of communication between employees and management to promote a good working environment.
         Manages staff within the approved budget.
 
4. Training-related activities.
        Ensures that the orientation and training are provided to employees to help them adapt to the company.
        Detects specific needs of training and adopt measures to provide the necessary training for the development of skills for employees.
         It maintains an inventory of human resources and career for staff succession plans.
 
5. Activities relating to safety.
         Enforces and respects safety standards, promotes, supports and participates in activities related to security.         Ensures that unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are detected and corrected.
         Ensures the proper investigation of all accidents that occur in the plant along with the security department.
         Take measures to protect employees and the property of the company.
 
6. Activities relating to the environment.
         Ensures that the company is within the parameters of the cleanindustry, in compliance with the environmental legislation in force.
         Ensures that all agreements in hiring public and local institutions are carried out in a timely manner.
 
7. Activities of medical services.
         Ensures employees the basic care available for them.
         Ensures that employees receive first aid in the event of an accident inside the company.
