Our country has been affected by the crisis, but our economic policies and follows the same systemfor obtaining a substantial improvement in growth country quite marked development of our country and the companies and investors who see the Peru with new eyes.
Peru is trying to keep a great balance for political and governmental stability. Also we have new regulation with our foreign suppliers, not only companies also countries like China. This is a great opportunity; China has a great relationwith a FTA-China -Peru, in order to increase our order volume, and has the best quality of our materials.

The construction of large warehouses is a major step back into the economy and thatrequires effective coordination and distribution between producers, importers and consumers to provide speed and safety of products traded in the country.
We will have the first port of South America and direct communication routes in the north and in the south to Brazil and we will need many more stores. We have a lot of spaces available for increase in the warehouse sector.
