En esta técnica se unen las yemas de los 3 primeros dedos de cualquiera de tus manos, harás que tu mente se ajuste a un nivel mental más profundo deconciencia, para una programación más fuerte. En esos momentos une los primero dedos de cualquiera de tus manos.
PARA DAR UNA LECCIÓN usando la TECNICA DE LOS 3 DEDOS, lo harás de la siguiente manera:Entraras al nivel uno con el método del 3 al 1 que ya di, y una vez en el nivel uno te dirás mentalmente: VOY A CONTAR DEL 1 AL 3 Y A LA CUENTA DEL 3 ABRIRÉ MIS OJOS PARA LEER ESTA LECCIÓN.Mencionas el titulo, materia y autor, y continúas diciéndote mentalmente: LOS RUIDOS NO ME DISTRAERAN. TENDRE UNA CONCENTRACION SUPERIOR Y UNA MEJOR COMPRENSION.
Entonces cuentas despacio 1-2-3- y a lacuenta del 3 abres los ojos y lees la lección.
Cuando hayas leído la lección, entrarás otra vez en el nivel 1 con el método del 3 al 1. Y una vez en el nivel 1 te dirás mentalmente: LA LECCION QUE...
