MEETING:
The meeting conference is going to take placein the hotel, UDH hotel. It is located in the center of Valencia. The meeting is going to be in the kickoff room, which is named Gold. In the talk the director and the representatives of eachdepartment will discuss the company’s objectives and strategies for how to expand. The number of people that will attend to de meeting are 200. During the meeting we will give them a personalized bottle.
Inthis part of the event we are going to need different equipments:
* Kickoff room
* Equipment: technical.
* Human resources: stewardesses, audiovisual technicians, sanitarians and securityservice.
* Other materials: tables and chairs.

After the meeting, we will give them two options, stay in the hotel enjoying the facilities or a guided tour through Valencia in a tourist bus. Thebus will pick them up in the “Plaza de la Reina”, this bus of the company Valencia Bus Turistic.
