The story is about three withes that appear toMacbeth and Banquo. They make predictions that Macbeth will become king. Macbeth says Lady Macbeth that the three witches told him and that is when they murder the king. Throughout the play theycommitted many murders, no one suspected them. At the end of the story Macduff figures out that the ones responsible were Macbeth and Lady Macbeth, so he kills Macbeth.
Lady Macbeth was a mastermind and twofaces. She was behind every murder because she was the one that planned them. She always pretended to be a nice person so one could ever doubt about her. Only when she was with Macbeth we could seeher true side as an evil and brutal person.
“Only look up clear. To alter favor ever is to fear. Leave all the rest to me”.
When Macbeth wasn’t sure of what he was doing Lady Macbeth was the onlyone that could convince him to do everything but she was always by his side doing what he wasn’t capable of doing.
Lady Macbeth has an internal conflict because she is responsible for many murdersthat happened, one of them being the king’s death. She walks and tries to wash her hands while she is asleep. Long time ago it was considered that if you wash your hands that was going to take away allyour sins. At the end of the story, she becomes crazy and paranoid because she thinks someone will know everything she did with Macbeth but in the end she feels so guilty.
“Wash your hands; put onyour nightgown; look not so pale!” (II,i-65)
In this quote they show us how Lady Macbeth is always helping Macbeth. They were cleaning their hands after they killed the king so no one could blamethem.
“Where is she now? What, will these hands ne’er be clean?” (5.i.45)
Macbeth is the one saying this quote. He was scared and couldn’t find Lady Macbeth after killing the king. He was worried...
