NIGHTLIFE IN BOGOTÁ: ENJOY IT

We are here writing some notes about Bogota´s nightlife and how to have fun and enjoy it safely. Today, I want to give you some suggestions about places to visit andactivities that you could do at night in Bogota with your family or friends. Don’t forget that Bogotá is a big city with 8 million people, awake 24 hours in some specific places. This city is greatto have fun dancing, dinner, or watching the latest movies. Remember, Bogotá is a cold city and at night with temperatures reach up to 2 or 3 degrees Celsius, making it necessary to go out dressed inclothes that protect it against the cold.

PLACES TO EAT

In Bogotá you can find expensive restaurants, moderately acceptable prices for dinner or less expensive, depending where are they located.For example, in the north you can find the places most visited by actors, politicians and business people, such as in “El Parque de Usaquen”, “El Parque de la 93” and “La Zona Rosa”.

If you arethinking of having dinner, you might choose to visit restaurants located in the “T Zone”. Here you will find different kinds of restaurants, such as elegant, fast foods, seafood, meat, etc., although,quite expensive. Also, you can find many kind of food around the city with different prices, cheap price, moderately expensive and quite expensive, too.

CLUBS AND PUBS

Depending on the money andwhat you want to do, dance or talk, you could go to some clubs on the North, Historic City Center or South City. In the North you could visit some elegant sites known to dance and enjoy quietly,although, the costs are quite expensive. Among others, you should know about “El Salto del Angel”, “El Sitio”, “La Legenda” and “kukaramakara”, which are located on “El Parque de la 93” around 93 streetbetween 11 and 15 street.

In the Historic Center you can enjoy a relaxed Pub located downtown to chat with friends, although, the security is not the best. In the South, there are several clubs...
