I am a very honest and hardworking. Also easy going and fit well in a team but am also able to work efficiently alone. I am cooperative, a quick learner, responsible and organized, and am eagerto learn new skills. I am able to respond effectively and creatively to pressure and meet deadlines. I have gained good experience in dealing with customers well and politely.

Aug 2009- Nov 2009: Sous Chef/Kitchen Porter, Tamesis Dock,London
• I was involved in setting up a new Italian kitchen on a boat on Albert Embankment.
• All the food was made with fresh ingredients and was made on the premesis
• We baked fresh bread everyday
• My main duty was to assist the chef in the kitchen
• Clean and prepare all the ingredients for the chef
• Make meals between 3pm- 6pm while the chef had a break.
• Keep the kitchen veryclean.
• Assisting with daily food and drink deliveries
• Set up tables and Serve food to customers, clear and clean plates.
• I have also helped the bar when very busy as a bar back
• I havealso helped with maintenance work on the boat.

• My duties involved general office assistant duties, including filing.
• I gainedreally good experience in teamwork and working under pressure in busy office environment.
