ABSTRACT
La gastronomía en México ha cambiado y evolucionado a través del tiempo, debido esto también al cambio de la cultura, de los hechos trascendentalesen la historia y a los diferentes sucesos.
Si algo importante tenemos los mexicanos es precisamente su gran cultura, la cual se desarrollo por si sola en épocas prehistóricas, con gran variedad en todo los temas; gran desarrollo arquitectónico, religioso, social (ya que ellos trabajaban o se organizaban en grupos no individual), de caza, pesca y sobre todo desarrollados en el tema que seexpondrá aquí que fue en la gastronomía. Es algo importante en nuestro país y sobre todo aprenderla, disfrutarla, sacarla a flote frente a otras gastronomías, aprender que tenemos, que somos y cuál es nuestra identidad, para no perderla, para gozarla y para darle nuevos enfoques y llevarla a un buen futuro.
Se dice que “quien no conoce su historia tiende a cometer los mismos errores” y no sigamoscometiendo el mismo error despreciando nuestros alimentos por los de otros países y no darle la verdadera importancia que tiene y que además es interesante, saludable y bella.
Viajemos un instante por el tiempo conozcamos México gastronómicamente y aprovechemos este recurso para un buen futuro.
ABSTRAC
