RESUMEN
Laliteratura científica que tiene como objeto de estudio de los principios teóricos y
procedimientos prácticos enmarcados dentro de lo que conocemos como ciencia
Archivística ha ido perfilando a lo largo del tiempo un conjunto de elementos que la
definen, y que aplicados a distintos supuestos prácticos identificados la han hecho
emerger y mantenerse hasta la actualidad.
Pero a medida que se vanaplicando y adaptando estas formulaciones teóricas a la
realidad actual de gestión en las organizaciones, detectamos que muchas veces van
en contra de los principios y procedimientos que en su momento se fijaron para definir
dicha ciencia, lo que ha permitido que muchos profesionales empiecen a ver como no
válidos y a perder la confianza en los principios enunciados en su momento, y a
formular nuevasideas e identificar nuevas actividades, lo que ha dado lugar a la
aparición de nuevas y distintas teorías, y a que comiencen a discutirse ciertos
fundamentos.
Llegados a este punto parece lógico que se plantee una racionalización del corpus
teórico, se reformule el conjunto de prácticas reconocidas y se identifiquen y definan
aquellos elementos que han de delimitar la disciplina científica, dondelos conceptos y
las unidades de medida resultan en muchos casos, incluso, diferentes de las que nos
encontrábamos en el punto de partida.

ABSTRACT
The scientific literature has focusedon the study of theoretical and practical procedures
framed within what we know as Archival science and has been highlighted throughout
the time a set of elements that define it, and that applied to different identified practical
cases have made it emerge and be kept up until today.

But as we apply and adapt these theoretical formulations to the current reality of
management inorganizations, we found that often go against the principles and
procedures that were set to define this science, what it has brought as consequence
that many professionals start seeing like not valid to this beginning and to losing the
confidence in the same ones, formulating new ideas and identifying new activities,
which has given place to the appearance of new and different theories, and to that
certainformulations begin to be again discussed.
At this point it seems to be logical that there appears a rationalization of the theoretical
corpus, there is re-formulated the set of recognized practices and there are identified
and define those elements that have to delimit the scientific discipline, where the
concepts and the units of measure result in many cases, even, different from those that
wehad in the beginning

1. Introducción 
El cambio de ciclo de modelo de sociedad, desencadenado entre otros factores por la
aparición de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas afecta a todas a las esferas...
