El Derecho por su conceptualización se puede dividir en dos grandes grupos: Objetivo y Subjetivo

Derecho Objetivo:
Se puede definir como lasnormas que rigen el actuar del hombre dentro de la sociedad, y a ella misma; a su vez se divide en dos grupos: Público y Privado. A su vez tienen mucha vinculación con otras ciencias o profesiones del ser humano.

El DERECHO PUBLICO:

Es un conjunto de normas que regulan las actividades de los
Particulares frente al estado y las relaciones de los estados soberanos entre si. Se divide en internoy externo, según que se aplique en el interior de un pais o que rija internacionalmente.
La característica del derecho público, tal como lo señala el prestigioso autor jurídico Julio Rivera, es que sus mandatos no se encuentran sujetos a la autonomía de la voluntad que pudiesen ejercer las partes (es decir «no» pueden ser modificados por las partes en uso legítimo de su autonomía de la...
