LESSON PLAN

*Aim: Students with their previous knowledge of some adjectives of mood will identify the colours and later use them in sentences.
*-Key Vocabulary: Colours: red,blue, white, black, purple, yellow, brown, green, orange, gray, pink.
*Recycling: Adjectives of mood.
*Material: flash cards, copies with activities, playing chips, markers,*Skills: Reading, writing, speaking and listening.
*Level: Pre intermediate

Warm up:
Greet the students!
Ask if they remember their last class about adjectives of mood.
Askstudents: How are they feeling today? How did they feel last class.?
Later, ask about their favorite color. and why they like it.
Ask to some student if he/she can givesentences using his/her mood and favourite colour.
Time: 3-5 Min.

Presentation:
With the flash cards introduce the topic of colours and ask the students which color they saw in thecards and then repetition.
At the end, ask if someone know any other color besides the ones that we have shown.
Time: 4-5 Min.

Practice:
The teacher will give a copy with ashort text about colours and later students will answer some questions about it, sharing their answers to the group.

Time: 5 -6 min.

Production:
-The students will write a shortpoem (3-4 lines) using adjectives of mood (describing his mood today) using some of their favorite colors.
Some volunteers may share their poem to the group.

make a game named“stop” and is based on writing 5 different things with the same color; the class would be divided in 4 teams. They only have 5 chances to participate and try to win screaming thename of the game to “stop” the competition
Time: 6-8 minutes

Wrap up:
Ask students if they have questions. Wish them a great weekend. No homework. Time: 2 Min
