Abstract—equipotential surface is a locus of points in space that has the same value, this means thefamily of surfaces, can be represented as V = (x, y, z) where the three axes are constant. This equation represents a space in a three-dimensional system is similar to the contour lines.
Mainfeature is that the equipotential surfaces are perpendicular to the forces of the electric field at any point you look, this leaves the equivalent gradient.

INTRODUCCION

C
onsidering thatthis surface is at the level of conductive materials, and as we all know that a conductive material is electrostatically balanced, so its potential difference inside is 0.
Because of this we caninfer that the electrical potential across the conductor is the same, and this leads to a volume occupying bonding and therefore the surface is an equipotential surface.
as the potential isconstantly, the change of V in a particle presence change presents a scroll dl and this is parallel to dV =-Edl = 0. Edl considering that is zero for any case, we note that E must beperpendicular to dl, so in any event E must be perpendicular to any surface so that its value is not equal to zero.
to draw the field lines must be borne in mind that lines are perpendicular to theline EP. as a first step we must start from a peripheral point and draw a line perpendicular to this point, until the EP is close to that point. as a second step we mark a point in the middle ofthe segment and path. as the third step from the last plotted point, draw a perpendicular to the nearest Ep. and finally we take the last point and repeat the steps until you find anotherelectrode
