Theoretical Framework


This research shows the analysis of the quality of customer service with particular reference to public and private companies.
Then the proposals around the problemof organizational climate and finally we are going to study the experience applicative solutions and their respective evaluation.

Theoretical aspects of quality of service

-Private (Apple)The evaluation was that the private company has better deal with the customer because it was allowed to use the products displayed in addition to taking some pictures this process was not allowedin public company.

-Public (ICE)

In this company was very difficult to acquire information because there was not good customer service also not allow pictures, then we observed that therewere many customers but few employees were attending so that caused agglomeration of people in the place.

According to the above information is deduced that:

The Public Company, in this case byanalyzing the ICE currently has several types of problems:

1. Bad customer service.
2. Many people and few employees, this is disadvantageous because to solve a problem it took a long time.
3.Poor communication with the client did not mention that the company really cares
about the customer.
Also take into account the qualities of private company (Apple)

1. The challenges ahead arethe constancy of purpose and dedication to improve and be competitive
2. Innovation, provide new services and products, production process, skills, training personnel, costs of production among others.3. Good customer relations
4. Interest in what the buyer thinks about the place, service or product.

Considering the above issues either a public or private, must follow certain procedures tomaintain a successful business.
