Nelson mandela

My name is Nelson Mandela, but you can call me Madila which is the name that everyone knows me. I was born on July 18, 1918 in Qunu which is a little folk located in South Africa. My parents namewere Henry Mandela and Nose Keni. Mmm.. what else can I tell you about my life?, well, I have six sons and I got married three times. As you may have notice, haven´t have too much luck with woman. Myfirst wife was Evelyn Mase Ntoko whom I divorced in 1957, after 13 years of marriage and after having two boys and two girls with her. My first daughter was a beautiful girl who died when she was ababy. My firs son died in a car accident and the other died because of AIDS. Then, after 38 years of marriage with Winnie Madikizela we, finally, divorced in 1996 because of some political scandals andfamily discords. We had two beautiful daughters. And, finally, I remarried, on my 80th birthday in 1998, to Graça Machel Simbine, who had been married with Samora Machel until he died.
Now, youshoud be asking why am I here, talking about my life. Well, my story began when I studied law at Fort Hare University. Then, When I was 23 years old I worked at a law firm located in Johannesburg. Sometime later, I joined the African National Congress (CNA), that was a peaceful organization that campaigned against discrimination and excessive exploitation suffered by black South Africans. Really,this is when my story begin.
On 1943, I founded the Youth League and organized protests yagainst the system of racial segregation known as apartheid. At those times, the government, leaded by thewhite people, heated all the protesters and fought against them; that’s why I founded another organization named Umkhonto we Sizwe (means Spearof the Nation) that fough against the apartheid. But, onthe following year I was arrested in Johannesburg where I was tried and sentenced to life imprisonment. So at age of 46, I was taken to Robben Island prison.
