1.- MISSION AND VALUES ALTER GROUP
Nutriben is one of the brands of Alter Group, that’s why we are going to explain the mission, the vision and the values of the group.

A.- MISSION
Themission of Alter Group is to collaborate with companies and non-profit organizations to design programs that are beneficial to society.
B.- VISION
The vision of the group is to be a driving force of social and community development.
C.- VALUES
The values of alter group are:
• OPTIMISM
The employees that work in any of the brands of Alter Group have to be optimists; they have to have a tendencyto take a favorable or hopeful view to any problems or situation.

• SOCIAL SENSITIVITY
When the company is looking for someone to work, they look is that person has social sensitivity. Group intelligence depends less on how smart individuals are and more on their social sensitivity.

• COMMON SENSE
Employees of Alter Group have to have common sense; they have to make prudent judgment basedon a simple perception of the situation or facts. They have to use their common sense while they are working.

• HONESTY
The honesty refers to a facet of moral character and denotes positive, virtuous attributes such as integrity, truthfulness, and straightforwardness along with the absence of lying, cheating, or theft. Employees of the group have to have this facet; they have to be honest withthe company, the rest of employees, with the clients and with themselves.

• COMMITMENT
The commitment is a manifestation of intention to act or refrain from acting in a specified way. Employees of Alter Group have to have commitment with the company.

Nutriben, with more than 40 years as a specialist in child nutrition, provides its guests a full range of infantfeeding products: infant formulas, porridge, jars, juice and teas.

Nutriben products are made from the finest raw materials, under strict quality control and follow all recommendations of the European Society of Gastroenterology, Hematology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), all products for maximum security and safety (backed by ISO 9001 and ISO 22001), attributes that are particularly meaningful if wetake into account the particular sensitivity of our dear and cherished client: the baby.
