3 Day Juice Fast (Energy) By Pamela
Pre-fast – no sugar, caffeine, oils, wheat, alcohol, meat or dairy
MORNING DRINK
½Pineapple
½ Papaya or Mango
4-8 strawberries, tops removed
2 tablespoons flaxseed oil (refrigerated)
1 tablespoon acidophilus (refrigerated)
2 cups water
1 cup mango or papaya juice (if available)
Take half a pineapple and cut it up into small pieces. Take half a papaya, scoop out and discard the seeds. Put this fruit in your blender, along with a handful of strawberries. Addthe flaxseed oil, acidophilus, water, and mango or papaya juice (if available), and blend thoroughly. I like my morning drink rich and thick so I can really feel the weight of the fruits in my mouth when I drink. If you prefer a thinner drink, add more water. If you can't find mango or papaya juice, add more of the other fruit. Keep anything you don't drink in the refrigerator for an anytimepick-me-up. (The morning drink is the only one you make in your blender.)
APPLE-STRAWBERRY-GRAPE
2-3 medium-sized apples (preferably Red Delicious)
6 strawberries
2 cups red seedless grapes
Cut the apples into small sections that fit easily into your juicer, removing the core and seeds; remove the tops from the strawberries, and pick off all stems from the grapes. Start by juicing thestrawberries and grapes in your Juicer. Then juice all the apples.
APPLE-PEAR-GINGER
6 Red Delicious apples
4 brown pears
1 nickel-sized piece of ginger (optional)
Cut the apples & pears into small sections and remove the core and seeds before putting in juicer with ginger (optional).
CARROT-BEET-APPLE
8-10 large juicing carrots
½ large red beet
1 large Red Deliciousapple
1 nickel-sized piece of ginger (optional)
Juice the apple first. Next, juice the carrots and the beet (you can include the lop of the beet, if you wish). For an extra rev of energy, juice the ginger as well, but only if you know your stomach can handle it. Stir.
CABBAGE-CARROT-CELERY
¼ head of cabbage
8 carrots
2 stalks celery
½ Red Delicious apple
Core the apple,and juice all the ingredients.
GRAPE JUICE
Let your own eyes control the amount of grapes you need. Water should be added to this drink because it’s so strong and sweet. The measurements are 3 parts grape juice to 1 part water.
2 (approximately) big bunches of grapes

GREEN VEGETABLE DRINK
½ head of cabbage
3 stalks celery
1 handful parsley
1 handful kale
1 handfulspinach
1 cucumber, peeled
1 apple
Don’t be afraid to be creative with this juice. If you feel like adding other ingredients like fennel, green pepper, or romaine, do so. If it feels as though you are juicing the whole farm, then you’ve captured the feeling. For additional liver cleansing, add a clove of garlic.
PINEAPPLE-PEAR-LEMON
½ pineapple, peeled
1 ½ pears (I use the Boscvariety for this juice)
½ lemon
1 nickel-sized piece of ginger (optional)
Cut up the pineapple and put in Juicer, followed by the pears and ginger (if your stomach can handle it). Pour into a glass and add the lemon juice.

1 pineapple, peeled
1 ½ oranges, peeled, seeded
2 handfuls strawberries (about 10 berries)
