INTRODUCTIONThe educative orientation process provides the students the opportunity to put in practice all the knowledge acquired in the Modern Language Program English-French and it becomes the most adequate space for the educator student’s practice and it allows reflecting about the pedagogical process in order to improve as future teacher. By this reason we have worked on this project to board thepedagogical issues, the scholar environment and the aspects that are implied with them, aspects of a great importance as the children rights and other national legal references.
This project will be orientated to guide the educative process and it will be the base of the pedagogical actions, which are linked with the Educative Institution, its contexts and its problematic and it will be a startingpoint to the professional way as educators.

2. PURPOSES

 To make of this project a tool that contributes to our personal and professional development and at the same time that contributes to the integral development of the students.

 To provide a good academic performance designed with good methodologies in which we will include productive and dynamic activities that stimulate children`slearning.

 To reflect and improve on our pedagogy, teaching and learning processes taking advance of the educative practice and all what surrounds it.

 To live a footprint on children and approach them to a meaningful learning in which they have a like for English.

Por la cual se expide la ley general de educación. DECRETA:
TITULO I
Disposiciones Preliminares
ARTICULO 1o. Objeto de la ley. La educación es un proceso de formación permanente, personal, cultural y social
que se fundamenta en una concepción integral de la persona humana, de su dignidad, de sus derechos y de sus deberes.
La presente Ley señala las normas generales pararegular el Servicio Público de la Educación que cumple una función social acorde con las necesidades e intereses de las personas, de la familia y de la sociedad. Se fundamenta en los principios de la Constitución Política sobre el derecho a la educación que tiene toda persona, en las libertades de enseñanza, aprendizaje, investigación y cátedra y en su carácter de servicio público.
De conformidadcon el artículo 67 de la Constitución Política, define y desarrolla la organización y la prestación de la educación formal en sus niveles preescolar, básica (primaria y secundaria) y media, no formal e informal, dirigida a niños y jóvenes en edad escolar, a adultos, a campesinos, a grupos étnicos, a personas con limitaciones físicas, sensoriales y psíquicas, con capacidades excepcionales, y apersonas que requieran rehabilitación social.
La Educación Superior es regulada por ley especial, excepto lo dispuesto en la presente Ley. ARTICULO 2o. Servicio educativo. El servicio educativo comprende el conjunto de normas jurídicas, los programas curriculares, la educación por niveles y grados, la educación no formal, la educación informal, los establecimientos educativos, las instituciones...
