ESCENOGRAFÍA:

Portal con pacas de paja, alguna silla desvencijada, herramientas de campo. Pueden haber, dibujadas orecortadas en cartón, vacas, borregos y gallinas.

VESTUARIO:
El clásico de pastorelas tanto para los campesinos como para el diablo, el ángel, la Virgen, San José y el niño Jesús. El resto de los niños vestirá normalmente.
Al iniciarse la obra se escucha algún villancico en alemán, puede ser el Tanenbaum o cualquier otro. Entra el ángel. Se dirige al montón de paja que está en el piso, no ve a nadie.Se asombra. Busca por todos lados. No encuentra nada, se rasca la cabeza.

ÁNGEL.- Qué raro, no están. (Vuelve a buscar). Van a llegar los peregrinos y no los van a ver. De seguro me matan por haberlos traidor de tan lejos. That’s weird, they’re not here… The pilgrims are soon to arrive and they’re not going to see them. I may get killed for bringing them from far away.

(Entran los cuatroperegrinos. Las parejas vienen tomadas de las manos. Ven todo a su alrededor. Levantan los hombros asombrados.

ANA CECILIA.- ¿Aquí es dónde va a nacer un niño? Is here the place where a baby boy will born?
LUIS.- Está rete feo. It´s so ugly
JORGE.- Yo no veo nada. I can’t see anything
NANCY.- Creo que nos perdimos. I think we are lost
LUIS.- Pregúntale a éste. (Señala al ángel). Ask himÁNGEL.- Efectivamente, yo sé todo. That’s right, i know it all
ANA CECILIA.- ¿Sí? A ver, dime...dime quién va a ganar el campeonato de fut.

NANCY.- Dime dónde puedo comprar mi comida barata, muy barata. Tell me where to buy really cheap food?!

ÁNGEL.-Yo soy un ángel mexicano y no sé hablar otros idiomas. I´m an American angel, I don´t speak other languages.
JORGE.- Yo también soy mexicano y sé que se dice Marry Chrismas. I´m american too, and i know that it is said like Feliz Navidad **Wendy: No se si lo de “Marry Chrismas es por error tuyo o parte del chiste de estos weyes, si es error tuyo, que mensa estás, sino, traduce el Feliz Navidadcon error y asi…**
