OBJECTIVE
The students will be ableto prepare a maintenance plan using the simple future and idiomatic future grammar.

INTRODUCTION
What is maintenance?
Involves fixing any sort of mechanical or electrical device should it become out of order or broken (known as repair, unscheduled or casualty maintenance). It also includes performing routine actions which keep the device in working order (known as scheduled maintenance) orprevents trouble from arising (preventive maintenance). MRO may be defined as, "All actions which have the objective of retaining or restoring an item in or to a state in which it can perform its required function. The actions include the combination of all technical and corresponding administrative, managerial and supervision actions”.
Maintenance is a profession that is dedicated to theconservation of production equipment, to ensure that it is steadily and as long as possible the optimum reliability and safe to operate.
* Preventive maintenance:
Can detect repetitive failure, lower stops dead spots, increase equipment life, reduce repair costs, and identify weak points in the installation from a long list of advantages.
* Corrective maintenance:
Is defined as breakdown orfailure, when they occur. It is the usual repair after a breakdown that forced stops the installation or machine affected by the failure.
* Predictive maintenance:
Is a technique to predict the future point of failure of a component of a machine, so that the component can be replaced, based on a plan, just before it fails.

He is who has the authority successfully operate our company with good results from and so be betters.
Head Area
He willhave the assignation of the control of keeping track of employees within the maintenance area and that each of the equipments that are there to provide the services that we offer and make the diagnosis are required to proceed to maintain it.
Welder technician (JOSE ANTONIO)
He will be the responsible for uniting the parts that requiring welding joints, i.e., he will take over of the welding areaand he will make corrections in the maintenance department.
Electrician (David Hernandez Quevedo)
He will be the responsible to maintain proper wiring and electric system of the company and all the equipments arriving at his service.

Maintenance of our building.
It´s necessary to keep our building in perfect conditions, so that´s the reason because we have contracted an electrician
Theelectrician will be checking the proper wiring of our building and our machines, he will apply preventive and autonomous maintenance in every place that he can.
When the team of janitors works they are applying a preventive maintenance because they are maintaining the work area clean and safe, and it permits that the floor and the equipment last longer.
In some cases we will need a mason but wejust are going to contract him for some days and that’s the reason because we don’t have him referred in our work crew.
