La organización, como comunidad, se basa en la construcción social dentro de un contexto de significados compartidos que, según los paradigmas actuales, debe operar desde la conversación surgida dentro yfuera de ésta (Anderson, 2012). Si bien requiere de un conjunto de componentes, ordenados y con una función (fin que se persigue), su sentido está a la base de un sistema social y psíquico en donde sistema y entorno, contexto y ambiente, interactúan en base a la complementariedad de la interdependencia de sus elementos (Anderson, 2012). Así mismo, la formación de esta surge inherentemente de lamano de factores como las personas, la política, el contexto histórico u otras que se manifiestan de modo influyente. “…todos los sistemas complejos y adaptativos existen en el extremo caos con la suficiente autoorganización para crear las pautas cognitivas a las que nos referimos como orden” (Hock, 2001, p.41).
