El presente trabajo es una pequeña reseña y análisis del libro ¨El secreto¨ de KenBlanchard, el cual es una interesante historia de liderazgo, comienza con Debbie, una jovengraduada recientemente de la Universidad, que había pasado con éxito por algunos cargos de la empresa, y gerenciado unos proyectos, fue nombrada Directora de Servicios para Clientes, era su primer cargo importante y su primera experiencia dentro del liderazgo, inicio en su cargo con muchas ganas, pero después de 1 año, se encontraba angustiada por su bajo desempeño, el grupo que ella tenía acargo no era para nada bueno. Fue a la biblioteca para buscar un poco de tranquilidad y analizar la situación, allí conoció a Jill que después jugara un papel importante dentro de la historia.
