Innovator Article Guidelines

The Innovator newsletter seeks to share success stories from and about employees who have contributed in some way towards improving our products, our processes or ourenvironment, and to inspire our readers to be more involved in continuous improvements in the following areas:

• better health and safety practices, ergonomics, air quality, noise reduction...• environmental improvements in the plant, in the local community, around the world…

• increased customer satisfaction, product quality, right-first-time service, manufacturing efficiency...• improved waste reduction, recycling, energy conservation, cost savings...

Please note the Innovator's main goal is to recognize people who have improved something and to inspire others to beinvolved in making improvements. The Innovator is not intended to be a technical how to manual. Those interested in great detail of the improvement itself can contact the author or Plant Manager directly.All articles are automatically submitted to the Innovator Steering Committee, for consideration to receive an Innovator Award, which formally recognizes employees who have contributed to a new idea.This award is only offered to employees mentioned in published Innovator articles.
