The Innovator is not intended to be a technical how to manual. Those interested in great detail of the improvement itself can contact the author or Plant Manager directly. All articles are automatically submitted to the Innovator Steering Committee, for consideration to receive an Innovator Award, which formally recognizes employees who have contributed to a new idea. This award is only offered to employees mentioned in published Innovator articles.
