Hudgins Incorporated is pleased to offer a lubrication system to meet the needs and requirements you have requested. 1 2 This lubrication system will consist of: 1- Manzel T3 MBL boxlubricator (equipped with 5 pump stations) with 4 model 76B (3/16" piston) pumps (3 active and one short tube intended for flow condition monitoring). Electric Motor Drive 1/2 Hp at 1725 RPM rated as XP Proof for Cl. I, DIV. I, Gp. C & D with electrical specifications as follows: 115/208-230 Volt/1ø/60Hz. External gear reducer, c-face vertical mount Coupling assembly and coupling guard for MBL boxlubricator to electric motor drive connection. The above quoted Model 76B (3/16" piston) pump with the short suction tube will be tubed to a Lube Line Alert for monitoring noflow conditions. This Lube Line Alert no-flow monitoring device is rated as XP Proof for Cl. I, Div. I & II, Gp. C and D. This particular component is capable of handling pressures up to 10,000 psi. with a flow rate of .006 to190 cubic inches per minute. This device requires a 115 VAC power supply. 3- Double ball Stainless Steel soft seat terminal point check valves for each lubrication end point shipped loose.
