Bad Habit

Since we were little our parents have always tried to keep us away from danger, as well as of things that can cause us harm. But at a point in life we grow and become adults and that'swhen we start to make our own decisions. It is when some people make bad decisions and start taking habits that damage your health. One of these is the addiction of smoking. For years and years wehave always heard that smoking harms our health. There are many people who understand the damage that can cause them to snuff, but there are others who prefer to ignore what is happening. Here are someexamples of why you should not smoke.
Each cigarette contains between 7 and 20 mg. tar and produces 80 cm3 of carbon monoxide by 10% reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of blood. The more cigarettesa person consume, as well as more years, the greater the damage to health. The cigarette is harmful.
Cigarettes also contain other toxic substances: ammonia, methanol, hydrochloric acid, furfural,aldehydes, arsenic and radioactive polonium. Heart attacks are three times more common in smokers. The chance of dying early from heart disease is between 26% and 90% higher in smokers. Inaddition, smoking is known as a main factor of atherosclerosis, a disease that hinders blood circulation and nutrition of the tissues of any organ or limb. When cardiovascular disease generated by theconsumption of tobacco living with diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, contraceptive intake and stresses the risks of heart attack increases significantly.
