Terms & Conditions of Sale
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without prior notification. All prices quoted are in US Dollars.
Minimum Order:
All orders less than$50.00 net, will be subject to a $10.00 handling fee.
Payment Terms:
Orders are on Cash in Advance via Wire Transfer or credit card basis. Image Products of California (IPC)accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point.
Claims:
All claims for loss or damage, because merchandiseis shipped F.O.B., must be initiated and pursued by the customer against the carrier as soon as possible. The responsibility for inspection and acceptance of the merchandise restsolely on the customers receiving personnel and should be done immediately upon receipt of merchandise to verify package contents and condition. If possible note shortages/damages onbill of lading. It is also recommended you retain all pertinent information and packaging to show the carrier’s inspection personnel.
Product Returns:
No returns will be acceptedon products purchased beyond 3 months, unless deemed defective.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from IPC.
Returned product must be received by IPC within 15days of claim. A 20% restocking charge will be issued for products that are not defective. IPC will arrange for product return on defective claims only.
Limited Warranty:
IPCwarrants that its merchandise, when stored, installed, and used in accordance with the manufacturers recommended procedures, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Theabove warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. At no point shall IPC be liable for additional liability including incidental or consequential damages.
