RESUMEN
La vinculación del papel de las Universidades con el emprendedurismo, ocupa un espacio significativo, obligando a repensar la nueva visión universitaria ante el reto de formar individuos concaracterísticas y habilidades emprendedoras que propicien cambios de paradigma en el proceso de formación universitaria y dar respuesta a las demandas de una comunidad empresarial expectante de talento que la nutra. El abordaje metodológico se ubica en el paradigma cualitativo planteado por Martínez (2002), bajo el enfoque fenomenológico-hermenéutico de Hurtado y Toro (1997), el proceso se soporta en lasTeorías de Formación en Emprendedurismo y el Modelo de los Puntos Cardinales de la Formación Emprendedora sustentada por autores como McClelland (1960), Baron y Markham, Weiner (1990) y las Características Emprendedoras señaladas por Goñi (1999). Se realizaron entrevistas a informantes claves. Se determinaron los ejes teóricos que demarcan la investigación, esto permitió arribar al objetivo general,que se traduce en la aproximación de una vía epistémico paradigmática para la formación del emprendedor en el contexto académico de la Universidad Centro Occidental Lisandro Alvarado.. ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING IN THE ACADEMIC CONTEXT AT LISANDRO ALVARADO UNIVERSITY ABSTRACT
The role ofuniversities with enterprisingship occupies a significant place, forcing us to retreat which is being the universitary vision in view of the inescapable challenged from individuals, with characteristics and entreprising skills that support a change of paradigm in the process of university education, responding to the demands of an expectant business community for human resources that feed it. Themethodological approach lies in the qualitative paradigm refered by Martinez (2002), the design followed an hermeneutic- phenomenological approach established by Hurtado y Toro (1997), the process is based on the Theories of Education in Entrerprisingship and the Cardinal Points of the Training Enterprising Model, supported by authors like McClelland (1960), Baron y Markham (2000), Weiner (1990),and the Entrepreneurial Charactheristics identified by Goñi (1999). Interviews were considered to certain key informants, the literature review helped to reach at the theoretical axles that will delimit the investigation. This allowed obtaining a general objective that is an approximation to a paradigmatic and epistemic route to the formation of enterprisingship in the context of the CentroOccidental Lisandro Alvarado University.
