The Export
An export is any good or service is sent to another part of the world, for commercial purposes.
There are five basic permissions to export goods in Venezuela. When deciding to sell theirproducts abroad, take into consideration that must devote at least 15 days to record the documents required by the dynamic national administrative.
Despite the difficulties of conductingadministrative procedures in the country, the export process is not overly complicated. In the case of permit required depends mainly on the product exported. However, there are common requirements for allproducts regardless of their classification.
Permits are required not only for the Venezuelan State has knowledge of the products leaving the country, but that when entering the destination country,foreign authorities may know (besides the health status of the product) the origin of raw materials that were used in its preparation, in order to enforce international agreements and grant tariffpreferences in established cases.
The Customs Declaration or Manifest of Export, Transport Document, the final commercial invoice, the Health Certificate and Certificate of Origin are documents necessary forexport of any product in Venezuela.
Customs Declaration: This document specifies the goods to be exported and their characteristics. In preparing the company should hire the specialized services ofa broker, which is the only personnel authorized by the law to issue this document.
Paper Transport: It has a dual function: on the one hand, is the charter contract, and the other is the title tothe goods. When transportation is by land or sea is called "Bill of Lading" and when performed by air is known as "Air Waybill". It is issued by the carrier providing the service.
Definitive CommercialInvoice: This document contains the cost of the product and send it to your customer the exporter abroad. It comes in the destination.
