THE REVOLUTION OF INDEPENDENCE.
In Valladolid, San Miguel el Grande, Dolores and Queretaro, Creole groups planned to take up arms for independence from Mexico. The motion was supported byimportant people as the masters Ignacio Allende and Juan Aldama, the priest Miguel Hidalgo, the mayor Miguel Dominguez and his wife Josefa Ortíz. At dawn on September 16, 1810 Hidalgo called to alarms in thetown of Dolores, days after I take the cities of Celaya, Guanajuato and Valladolid, and headed toward the capital of the viceroyalty.
At 9 months of waking up, Hidalgo, Allende, Aldama and Jiménezwere arrested and executed.
Morelos in 1813 convened a congress at Chilpancingo, in Mexico was declared independent Republic and equal rights for all Mexicans. In 1815 Morelos was captured and shot inSan Cristobal Ecatepec.
Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla

Study in the college of San Nicolas inValladolid, where he was ordained as a priest in 1778. served in several parishes as pastor shoal and pains of people participated in the conspiracy of queretaro. discovered the plot, a gentleman got upin arms the morning of September 16, 1810. taking as a banner a picture of the Virgin of Guadalupe. five days after he was appointed captain general of the insurgents in Celaya. followed by thousandsof men took the city of Guanajuato, before heading to Mexico and defeat the forces of Torcuato Trujillo on the Mount of the crosses. undecided, he retired to queretaro, but was defeated in Aculco. InGuadalajara, the city where he declared the abolition of slavery, was defeated by the forces of lane. Acatita of prisoner fell down and shortly after was shot in Chihuahua. is considered the father ofthe nation.
