1. INTRODUCTION


To analyze the company strategic position is necessary to know the external analysis and internal analysis, for example the SWOT matrix. In this work we are going to study the internal analysis, as the strengths and weaknesses of Toyota, as the analysis of assets, personnel, internal structure,consumer perceptions of the company, among other things.

According to the resources that the firm have, it can establish a number of strengths and weaknesses after doing a complete and thorough study of them.

Therefore, due to all the above, it is necessary to do a good internal analysis of the company to establish and use different techniques, and thus achieve a competitive advantagerelative to other competitors.


2. STRENGTHS

First, we define strengths as all internal elements of an organization, and also positive that differentiates the company from others within the same industry. Because of this, we can identify as a fortress all those elements that report some kind of advantage to Toyota company, which the company will contribute to consistency and makes it best valuecost and perception of products that other companies belonging to the same sector, competitors; and also elements that make the company earn revenue through the sales of their products.

For Toyota, we can identify the following strengths:


- Responsible for offering workers constant training at all organizational levels of the company, and it will be better for the company because itsworkers will know to make the products with the last technology and works ways.

- it's a really solid company in the automotive market, has great experience in it, and also on issues related to the environment, for this reasons, the firm knows the best ways to achieve its objectives.

-As one of the largest companies in this sector use different quality policies and organizational development toachieve its principal objectives through strategic media that the firm posses.

- One of its main concerns is customer satisfaction, so Toyota focuses rather on their quality policies. Furthermore, it is giving an image of reliability and high confidence.


-it’s one of the top three automobile manufacturing companies worldwide, so it is considered one of the largest manufacturers, it is alsothe largest producer of automobiles in China.


- Also the firm make high invests in R & D to improve their products and adapt them to new situations emerging market.

3. WEAKNESS

A weakness is the activity which conducted the company with a low degree of efficiency. Refers to those elements, resources, skills and attitudes that the company has and which constitute barriers to achieve goodprogress of the organization.

Therefore, the weaknesses are internal problems of the company, which an identified time and developing an appropriate strategy can eliminate them over time. To eliminate these problems we must study what problems can avoid, what we could improve, what disadvantages have the company, which sees the market as a weakness and what are the factors which reduced salesor the success of the project.

Once defined the concept of weakness, we will proceed to establish weaknesses facing the Toyota Company:

• First, this company performs contracts that have just finished their university studies and personnel that do not have any kind of practice, therefore, after this agreement the company will have to devote part of their funds to the formation of these...
